How do I video call? The icon is grayed out on my calling screen?

Put in a phone number that can accept video calls and it will become an available option

Also make sure your advanced calling options are turned on

You may have to call Verizon to get them to flip the switch on the video calling too. I had to do that with my S7 Edge.
