Verizon & axon7

Re: Carriers

Mine worked out of the box, but 7.0 changed that. It took a GSM Sim, several attempts and a fair amount of APN fiddling to get it working again. Since then it's back to working great, and it doesn't even show Roaming anymore since the update.

Re: Carriers

Can anyone post if this phone is still working on Verizon? Thinking about buying one.

Only problem is I don't have a GSM Sim card to get it to work. Not sure if that's still needed.

Been a verizon customer for 25 years. As soon as all my lines are contract free, it's goodbye. Try T-mobile or an mvno that runs on T-mobile network.

Thanks for the reply.
I am not ready to give up my grandfathered UDP yet. So the downside is being somewhat limited on choices of phones. I love my Moto Z Force and ended up with a Moto Z Play after my wife didn't like it. Just always keeping an eye out for options.

Re: Carriers

I noticed with the stock firmware on the A7 kinda sucks with Verizon. I flashed LineageOS and it worked much better.
