Verizon Branded HD Voice no Video Support

Is anyone else having issues where the video option is not sowing on your Note 9? I've called Verizon and hey say it's set up correctly.

If I recall on my S9+ it showed enabled and next to each contact it showed a Video icon.

I dealt with this. Open phone app, open settings im overflow menu, scroll down to video calling, enable.
 
I had your issue as well and I had to call VZW to get it added back. It had been blocked somehow, and it actually took 2 calls. The first rep said she added it and that she'd arrange for me to get a call back. So we hung up, I went into the menu, and still had it greyed out like yours. I got my call back and that rep was able to fix it. Definitely a VZW call.
 
same here. took 2 calls and they got it up and running. they said it was because my unlocked note 8 was blocking it from the account and they had to manually add it from their end on the Verizon note 9

Interesting as I also came from an unlocked Note 8 and moved to a Verizon Note 9.
