Verizon cheaps out

I viewed my verizon up rewards today and verizon has cheapened all rewards. While never a deal maker, it is less of an enticement than it was before. Thanks verizon.

The Verizon rewards program has always been a joke and wants to track you even more than they already do to be able to participate. I don't even bother with it.

I agree with the OP. It used to be a decent program, but they have cheapened it up it's almost useless now. They only give you 1 credit a month now, used to be for every $300 spent got you a credit, the rewards used to be better, and the credits didn't expire in a month like they do now.

The last rewards program they had was Smart Rewards, which required you to sign up for Verizon Selects to be tracked for marketing purposes.

I just looked a bit at the current program and it looks like they removed that requirement. So there's that, I guess.
