Verizon colors switch refurbished.

I was just curious if my phone ever broke in some way, if I were to get a refurbished one, you think they would let me pick the color lol. I currently have the balistic nylon black.

They would more than likely ship you the same model you have. Only way they would let you pick is if your current color wasn't available

I actually just did this yesterday. I have ballistic nylon and cracked the screen. I tried to get the kevlar back but they weren't having it..

The warranty is for your exact device. When I kept getting phones with speaker static I asked them if I could just switch from my 64GB model to the standard 32GB model since I hadn't seen the issue on those. They said its not possible because Motorola and every other manufacturer warranty that specific device.

I figure if it wouldn't work on a downgrade it won't ever work, lol. The good news is the CLNR from Verizon had no issues so if was a success anyways.
