Verizon customer service was able to access my phone

Talk about big brother ....you know how I was dealing with the brightness fading in and out? Well Verizon helped me figure out the apps that used a lot of ram...of course I could have looked at that myself...the point is...it was on the side of creepy that they can look at your phone without you even granting permission.
