Verizon customers Finally recieving Android 9

Those of us on Verizon are finally getting a slice of Pie.

Updated my Verizon S8 this afternoon. I had to change a theme as headline fonts in settings was faint, however, other than that no trouble. Not being able to completely disable Bixby anymore is disappointing. I did my best to neuter Bixby by denying every permission.

you can also change the Bixby button to activate when pressing twice (instead of once) - that way even if you accidentally press the button, it won't launch
