Verizon Droid Razr Maxx and XYBoard 10.1 for iPhone 5 32GB

I'm checking to see if anyone may be interested in trading my devices for a new iPhone 5 32GB. Needs to be on the Verizon network. Phone and tablet are in MINT condition. I'm thinking of switch to iOS because my wife has an iPhone and an iPad so it would make it easier.
