Verizon Galaxy 6S will not connect to my Cradlepoint MBR900 router

[AC Question]

The phone does not connect to the router even when it sees the WiFi, but has a small ? next to the icon. The phone does not show up on the router list of devices. I have found no settings on the phone to prevent wifi data usage. I tried the wipe cache procedure, and got it to start, but the phone never got beyond "Wiping cache....." It has been stuck there for more than 15 minutes.
