Thanks for the input and the file. As you can tell by my super basic widget, Im a UCCW rookie so any help is appreciated. With that said, how do I use these icons for my widget?

Copy it to UCCW>WEATHER FOLDER.
And then goto your widget in UCCW and goto the weather icon layer. Swipe right until you get to the select icon option.
And this should show up.
Select it and you're good to go.
