As stated, the wireless charging back is now available on verizon website. As of now both colors are in stock. Wireless charging is now possible on the note 3.

Any thickness growth for the wireless charging back?

I saw a picture comparison on another forum and it showed a significant added thickness vs the stock cover. I'm actually quite happy with the wireless pad I got from ebay as it adds only a slight bulge in comparison. I'm still able to use my TPU case just fine.

Yes seems to be

As a bonus to some, there is no Verizon logo on the back, just Samsung.
