Verizon Galaxy S3 - People can't hear me

I can't use my phone since people can't hear me. Idk what it is because I use speaker phone and its works. Same goes with the headset. It's been this way since I hit 4.3 Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or if there is an unlocked bootloader yet? I tried a complete factory reset and still didn't fix the issue.
