Verizon Galaxy S5 Lollipop - Where are the new Icons?

In every lollipop review I have seen the icons are different. Is this a Touch Wiz thing? Do I need a different launcher?
I still have the same boring icons and wanted to know if I can change icons without chaning Touch Wiz?
