Verizon Galaxy S9 calls go to voicemail until I reboot phone, any solutions?

Every once in a while maybe once a month all my calls go directly to voicemail until I reboot my phone. After I reboot my phone everything is normal. I have a strong Verizon signal and do not disturb is turned off. I also have an iPad and have Verizon messages app on it. It is a WiFi only iPad. It also did not ring when I was getting a call. Also I got no notifications about a missed call but it did the message did go to voicemail. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be sure -- Do Not Disturb isn't on when this happens, right?

Do not disturb was not on. It could even be a Verizon problem as it happens so seldom. It has been over 2 weeks since it has happened. I was wondering if the Verizon app on my ipad could have triggered this?

Can try reset your network, go into settings >general management >reset>reset network
