So they tried to charge my card last night but I was a couple dollars short so they emailed me so I paid this morning. My order is still in the pre-order stage and I have Verizon Up so I contacted support and they said that their system says that my phone was picked up by FedEx last night and I should receive tracking within 24 hours. I really hope my phone wasn't left behind because they couldn't charge my card. It's just weird that all you guys have your tracking numbers already. What is your order status? I'm losing my mind over here.

So your payment failed? I just don’t see how they would ship your phone after your payment failed. Hopefully you got it covered in time and they still shipped it. Seems unlikely you’ll get it Monday as close as we are. Maybe they will ship Monday with a Wednesday delivery

It's just strange that they told me that their system shows my phone as being picked up yesterday. All they had to take from my credit card was the upgrade free and some other fees so $88. I'm financing the phone. The email said I have 7 days to pay it but I paid it this morning. They tried to attempt payment at 9PM because I got the email then and you would think the phones would have been shipped out before 9PM yesterday.

Yep so I contacted someone else at Verizon and they said my phone is getting ready for shipment. Looks like I'm waiting until Wednesday to get it. That sucks beyond belief. I already made sure someone would be around to sign for it on Monday... Agh. I wish I could just switch to store pickup but I asked them that last week and they said no.

Same here - Mine's coming (Tmobile) via UPS and I have it set to pickup at the delivery terminal.

I’ll call Fedex tonight. In the past with UPS I’ve been able to...not sure about Fedex

Maybe FedEx has an app similar to the UPS one where when you have a login with your simple address on it you can track shipments going to that address and make simple changes like hold at a Depot

They do, it is called FedEx Delivery Manager.

Anyone know when stores get their shipment? I ordered mine from a Verizon store yesterday,. He told me I could pick it up when they get it in since I pre ordered.
