Verizon, Google music issue.

I'm having intermittent pausing when playing Google music all access. Any suggestions?

Nope. Happens on both mobile and WiFi. Here's a screenshot of the error message.

I've done a soft reset and disabled and enabled music and still no better.

Might just be Play Music itself. I've had that happen to me on my Nexus 4. Haven't had it happen yet on my Verizon M9.
 
How about going to Settings>App Manager>All​, selecting Google Play Music, and Clear Cache/Clear Data?
 
Ive done that too. I contacted HTC, they recommended factory data reset. We shall see.
 
Ended up talking to Verizon this morning for an hour. There was 4 rouge apps the phone was downloading automatically. Not bloatware from Verizon or HTC. I would delete the apps and then they would pop back up an hour later. one of the apps was disrupting Google Music. Verizon had never had this issue. I ended up getting a new one this morning at the store. So far so good. The rouge apps where Empire, Words w/ friends, Gummy Drop and some other one ive never heard of. Very strange......If any of those apps pops up on your phone id run for the hills!

Definitely shouldn't be happening--I'd look very carefully through your apps, since one of them might be responsible for those automatic installations.
 
Yeah I thought it was very strange. Ive never heard of all but 1 of them. The tech lady at Big Red said Words w/ Friends is known to cause problems.
