My pre-order says shipping July 10. But also says my order is still in processing. I gotta tell you though, since flashing 4.1 on the GNex , not sure if I wanna wait for Samsung to get Jelly Bean on the GS III. It is too awesome.

You "should" get an email with a tracking number when it ships. However, they don't have the best track record. I've always got one the day it ships, but I've seen MANY people state that they never got an email, or got it after they had already received their phone.

Unlike the other three carrier versions that have had demos, reviews and shipment activity, there has been zero for the VZW version. Folks are respectfully kidding themselves thinking anything is happening this week.

Added to that, there is a holiday right in the middle of this week.

Yup you will ,the two previous phones I ordered online did .
Actually when this phones ships I might have a heads up IF the charge my credit card far enough in advance,even if its just a few minutes in advance of emailing me that shipping info.
Anytime a charge is made to my credit card I get an immediate text message stating a charge has occured.

I agree with this 100%. But I will say that a major Louisville Ky. shipping hub moved what appeared to be VZW S3's last week.
