So this wouldn't ruin the coil within the phone for higher wattage?

Supposedly the phone supports 15w wireless charging.

I might wait for a 15 watt if it'll charge faster than their current fast wireless chargers and it truly can support it. You would think they would have made theirs 15w though if they truly could support it.

Is there any reason to avoid the third party chargers? The Samsung ones seem really expensive but I'm leery of the others damaging my phone. Is that possible?

I would avoid cheap chargers but a quality third-party charger would be fine

That one is only 7w.

I don't see anything on that site that says what wattage it is. But this is the new Samsung fast charge wireless charger. The old one was flat and didn't have the foot to support the phone.

I ordered this bundle back when I pre-ordered last week, different order but same day. It's showing an ETA of 3/11, just like the phone. Are you getting the same ETA?

Regular wireless charging is 5w. The fast wireless charging is 1.4x faster or 7w.

Be sure they give you any discount you are entitled to. My military service has a 25% discount on accessories. When I ordered this I did not get it til I got in a chat and they then credited my account.

I was strongly considering buying this, but instead bought an Anker car charger, a pack of USB cables and a slanted wireless charger from amazon for $60. I really don't have use for a battery pack and I can always get one down the road if that changes and still come in under the verizon pricetag.

No, from Amazon over the years. They are not fast chargers but I really don't see the need for fast chargers 99% of the time. When I worked I had a usb cord on my computer, at my desk it is on a wireless charger and I have a fast charging cable, not Samsung, in my car already. Might need charging brick to top off phone when at Disney later this month but that is no problem. Also have wireless charger on my nightstand.

I understand some people don't have access all the time to a charging method.

Is it the fast charge puck from last year that just sits in a new base?
