So my son has cricket, and we are thinking of all switching. It will save us a nice chunk of change, but my 10 is only 5 weeks old. HTC said it couldn't work outside of Verizon but I popped in my sons sim card and after the typical not on Verizon network and a few changes in the settings, no problems. Anyone hear of this?

Most Verizon phones now a days have the GSM radios to work on T-Mobile/AT&T. Depends per device on how well but normally they can connect up and work.

I can't remember where but I read that the HTC 10s sold in the US were are all the same phone hardware wise but just with some software modifications to have them work on different carriers... maybe it was on Android Authority or Android Central I can't remember where I read that so hey that's great couple settings and you're good to go
