It should be pretty much the same changes that the non-carrier and other carrier M7s got in their updates along with the Extreme Power Saving update. To be more specific it should include the following updates:

System improvements

• Android 4.4.3
• Security fixes

Performance optimization

• Wi-Fi
• Bluetooth
• Mobile network
• Application updates

Camera

• Gallery (Image Match)
• Settings (Power History)
• HTC Sync Manager

Sense experience optimization

• HTC BoomSound
• Extreme Power Saving Mode
• Motion Launch
• Quick Setting
• New File Manger

...and I believe it may have the addition of basic/easy mode which is an alternative to the Sense Desktop (can't remember if that's part of the 4.4.3 OS, or a separate feature...
