Verizon HTC One - Video problems

Whenever I try to take video with the camera it beeps and brings me back to my home screen. I can take pictures with no issues. I also can't watch video's from any app on WiFi or 4g no YouTube or flixter . I think the OTA from Verizon on 10/1 messed things up.

Mine woks fine, so it wasn't the OTA.
