Verizon/LG Frustrations

I never got anywhere with Tier 2 on Verizon and I don't think that they will be able to get you a new one..not unless things have changed significantly in the last few years... Not on the phone anyway .. I've always had to go into a corporate store and and try to get things resolved even when I called retentions and spoke with them..

I had the opposite. Tier 2 gave me a brand new phone after almost two years when the store suggested I could do better on the phone.

Not a problem... Glad to help. The outcome was better than I imagined.

I find it's always better to speak up but to be as polite and firm as possible until necessary to act otherwise. Another tip is if you start out with a bad CSR, hang up and get another one.

Ok, thank you. My lady was really nice but at the end I could kind of tell she was a bit annoyed. It was probably just from my persistence for it though.
