Verizon LTE Issues

I'm getting 3G only on Verizon with my G7 Power? Anyone else having this issue?
 
That would be location-dependent - speak to Verizon. Bring the phone into a store.
 
Thanks for the reply. It's a strong 4G area (Phoenix) with no current issues. Heading in to talk to the Verizon folks.
 
Turns out it's a software issue and an update started to roll out on Friday.
 
I switched my Verizon SIM card into my new G7 Power and got LTE right away. Just bought the phone, so maybe it already had the update.
 
Great its getting sorted so quick. I'm showing strong 4g, wifi and a new on me.....volte.
 
We just bought a G7 Power from Amazon. Activated it on existing VZW line and only get 3G. According to VZW it will only ever be 3G. I've spoken to them several times and it's always the same.

It's not a location issue. Did a factory reset and no luck. Also reset network settings without any luck.

VZW says tough luck. Not sure how to solve this other than buying a new phone.

In the past couple of days I've gone onto wifi calling with no issues at all.
