Since about 19 July 2019, I and many other Members on the Verizon Community Forums have been reporting the failure of the Verizon Messages cross-platform function.
The Verizon Messages app offered in the Microsoft Store claims to "sync across multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, computer, and even smart watches) so you can keep the conversation going when you're switching between devices."
Though they do send text messages successfully, the Windows Verizon Messages+ apps (neither Windows 7 nor Windows 10) receive (sync) any messages back.
Their apps on Android and Apple (iOS) devices, as well as their Verizon Messages web page, continue to show (sync) all incoming and outgoing SMS text messages.
Is there any way to get the Mobile Nations/AndroidCentral reporters/posters to investigate these failures?
It has been over a month and vzw_customer_support "Customer Service Rep" have provided nothing but robotic postings.
