anyone figure out a way to get the Verizon Android app for text messages Messages+ to work on chrome OS, chromebook?
Yes, i can log in via a chrome browser, but it is terrible and logs out all the time.

Yes, i can log in via a chrome browser, but it is terrible and logs out all the time.

You can get the .apk file from anywhere and install it on a Chromebook, but for whatever reason it won't sync texts or give the option to sync them the way the phone app does. It's weird. But it comes up as incompatible on the app store anyway, so maybe it's coded in such a way as to not work on Chromebooks.

It does work to sync phone calls, though, and can make and receive them. Also weird.

I read it's because the Chromebook lacks a 4G antenna.
