The phone technically cannot be even turned on to use on wifi without paying 45 dollars for the first month. But there is a way. When you turn it on the first time, hit next, then when you see the screen that says a phone call has to be made, pull down the notification bar, then hit the recent apps button on the bottom of the screen. Then swipe away the app. Simple
