Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo Is there any difference between the Stock calendar and Google Calendar?

On the Moto X calendar I think you can't edit attendees to meetings or something weird like that. I always install Google Calendar as part of my new phone routine so I'm not certain if the same issue exists on the turbo, but I would guess it does.
