Verizon Note 2 flashed... Issues?

Hello,
I have a new problem, I am able to get the data in 2G/3G but no calls or text. I am using it in Vodafone India, Is it really a world Sim unlocked phone? It shows full signal bars and Vodafone IN in the lock screen, Data works, In the drop down of the notification bar it says No Service and when trying to call it says not registered with the network. With the data working, it is the other way around in India. HELP!!

Have you tried both gsm and global mode?

Maybe try another gsm sim from another company?

Hello, im new in the forum. I did all the steps, the APN editor, used the settings of my old phone, now i have MetroPCS in the APNs, but still, i have no calling, data, or anything, and my phone says "Non-Verizon SIM", I would apreciate a little help.
