Hello everyone, two quick questions for y'all:
1. I seem to have crappy service everywhere now and I feel like it's my phone rather than Verizon in my area. I'm using the brand new SIM card that I was provided in the box.

2. When I get on a call, my service automatically drops from 4G to 1x. I remember older phones had to do this but newer phones never needed this and so you were able to make a phone call and go on the internet at the same time period why has my phone seemingly retrograded back to ancient times?

Do you have advanced calling with HD voice enabled? If I remember correctly you need that enabled to get data while on a call.

Can try network reset, go into settings>general managment>reset>rest network , see if that helps

Verizon tech support should be able to correct what's going on simple fix.

I too noticed worse signal performance on this phone. I attributed it to having an unlocked version of the N20U.

Edit: I am using the sim card from my previous device.

I am too am using an unlocked device on Verizon. I'm not having any issues so it cannot be because of the unlocked version.
