I had trouble with the Seidio Surface case. Initially it slid on snug but the pressure of the case on the edge of the screen caused it to raise and bubble.

I also wasn't able to slide the phone into these metal bumper cases either as the phone became too thick:

I got mine off ebay for 6.99. It works great and fit flawlessly. Plus they included a button sticker for free. The way I found out to do it is go in the bathroom and run hot water. Get the room hot and foggy. Go in the bathroom and make sure your screen is clean. All the steam in the air will keep dust and hair from kicking up. Plus with a little steam on your screen, the glass protector instantly clinged to it.

I've had MIME Ghost Glass on my Note for a few days and its great. It's not overly thick and while the home button is now recessed it's barely recessed so its not an issue.

I can say, the Verizon Glass protector is junk. I put it in my empty pocket yesterday and it came out with a huge scratch

But look on the bright side, at least it was not on the screen. It is way cheaper to replace the screen protector

How long have you had the screen protector... I know if I breaka case they replace it within a year, at keast I think thats what it was...they may have changed. Maybe they will replace it.

Unless the screen protector explicitly states it, I would guess that you wouldn't get a free replacement, especially glass.

Like I said previously, Verizon would not replace the screen saver even when They did a crappie job of installing it.
So I highly doubt they will guarantee against scratches!

If it's not perfect don't leave...make them get you a new one...it is their job to get it right...you dont pay hundreds of dollars to have dust and bubbles n
make your device look like you don't care...they are counting on you not coming back and wanting to wait agai.

You paying your monthly service has nothing to do with the clerks in the store. Technically I don't think they even have to put them on.

I picked one up a few months ago and it's been great. I always hated screen protectors but heard great things about the tempered glass. It's super easy to put on yourself, takes all of 2 minutes.

I agree that it is a courtesy but they didn't ask if I wanted them to install mine, they just put it on...the first one looked horrible so the rep got someone else to try and it looked fine.
And we do pay for service...both phone service and customer service.

Oh I agree, and in my experience they usually ask me if they want me to put one on for me. That does qualify as customer service yes, I am just saying that how you pay for your monthly service doesn't translate to the customer service in the store, because they are they are there to sell you things, not rally handle the service side. I already said they should replace it and have done it right the first time.

I went back to Verizon today and bought another screen saver. Found their best rep to install it. Jeremy did a perfect job! I am happy!
