Did you edit the apn? Should be something like fast.t-mobile.com

For some reason my Verizon Note 3 won't see my T-Mobile sim. The sim won't register on the network. The sim works in my other phone so I know that's not the problem. A Verizon 4g lte sim works perfect, so I know it's not a hardware issue. All I get is a X over the signal bars. I have tried both GSM and Global modes. Any solution or ideas?

Something isn't right for sure. I tried a few tmobile sims on a few Verizon note 3's and they all worked. Have you tried another tmobile sim?

Can you put a T-mobile Rom on this phone without any issues? I bought the phone from my grandmother and wanted to buy a activation kit for this phone to activate on t-mobile $30 plan. I thought I was heavy data user but I'm not since my sprint phone is on wifi and I would most likely have it on wifi anyways..

This may or may not be relevant, but when we spent last weekend with a couple from Germany and another, from England, at the drop of the hat they whip out their iPhones, and immediately connect to AT&T. They also didn't show much concern about the roaming charges. Go figure.

My brother (my family lives in scotland, I moved to California) travels to the US and Europe as well as Asia, his carrier there ("three") doesn't charge him roaming charges for specific countries/regions. I know in the US and I think most of Europe he doesn't get charged roaming, not sure about Asia.

Also, when I had my iPhone 4s previous to my note 3 - when I went home to Scotland I had a "three" sim card I'd swap into my phone and it worked perfectly. Still have the sim but haven't been home yet to try it with my note 3.

What is apn and where do I find in the my Verizon Note 3. I transferred to tmobile and I can't get on their LTE network at all. I am always on E.

Fast.t-mobile.com


Change your network mode to lte. Note that you might be have to manually switch to gsm if you wanted something besides lte.

The Verizon variant doesn't support all the bands that the t-mobile and att variants support. So it will work, but you won't be able to get all the bands. You would also have to edit the apn.

Ok soooo iam waiting on the Note 3 4.4 update but iam not getting it .I have a t-mobile sim card in the VZW Note 3 all it keeps saying is that software update is temporarily unavailable .everything works for the phone i can send pic and get them H+ is ok for me how do i get this update?

4.4 hasn't been released for the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 yet.

I switched my phone from Verizon to T-Mobile? I can receive and make calls, as well as text messages. I can even use the internet most times. My problem is sending any MMS and often times receiving them. What can I do to fix this without selling my phone? :-\ frustrated
