Verizon Note 3 needs update to Lollipop

I purchased a Verizon Note 3 and have it on Page Plus. It was purchased from a resale delealer. I don't have the new 5.0 update and when checking manually, it says it is up to date. How do I get the update? My husband has the same phone but an At&t and it is on Straight Talk. He has the new software.

Go to Best Buy Samsung Experience, they will update it for free..
