Verizon Note 3: When will we have KitKat?

It's Mac or PC. You install it by plugging in your phone and click open folder to view files when Windows ask what to do. The install file is in the folder that pops up. Alternatively, you can install Samsung Kies which will also download the update.
 
Minor is relevant to who's waiting.. My wifi is unusable.. Im of the understanding that this update will fix this. I had to move to a huge data plan to avoid overage fees because I can't use wifi in my own home.. So for me, it's a pretty significant update, if it indeed will fix this..

Call Verizon, they should be able to help troubleshoot and get a replacement if necessary. And also possibly another device as a replacement.

Jeremy81 is correct. The wait is over. The update is available using the Verizon Software Update Assistant. My KitKat update just finished installing.
 
From all the "war" stories I've heard concerning the KitKat update, I'm really not sure I even want it. My Verizon Note3 runs GREAT with JellyBean OS. I just hope when Verizon does release it they get it right.

What if I don't want to use the Verizon Upgrade Assistant? Will it come via OTA eventually?

Update went smooth my visual voice mail doesn't work and VZW tech support doesn't know what to do
 
Could someone kindly post the change log or point me in the right direction for it? I have seen it once ages ago but cannot find it for some reason. Thanks in advance!

I have it on my phone, and my WiFib quirks but my wife's doesn't (she still has Jelly Bean since I couldn't update hers)

I upgraded this morning via Verizon Upgrade Assistant and it is working fine. No issues other than Verizon not updating their visual voice mail app.
 
This morning the Verizon voice mail app upgraded properly. It seems that the "free trial" of the enhanced visual voice mail was the issue from what I can see.
 
Looks like it's pushing out OTA....
