As can be seen on Verizon's website or at Sammobile.com, Verizon has not yet released BVJA for S908U1. If you'd rather not wait, you can download it via Frija and install it via Odin.

Received Android 13 UI 5.0 this morning on unlocked AT&T.
I haven't had enough time to see any difference on speed or battery life.
