Really don't like that I can't set different notification tones to each contact or at least my favorite contacts. That is how I knew who was calling or texting when wasn't near phone. I hope they bring that back.

You used to be able to put a background on the AOD.....not anymore that I can see.

My issue is that i havent had the update yet im on t-mobile usa

I just reset my call and text notifications for my husband and son ... I use verizon messenger so I don't know about the regular text app

Has anyone else noticed the Verizon Messaging+ App LED notification light is blue? It used to be green, but can't figure out how to get it back to green. I liked it green because it was different than all other notifications. Anyone having this issue?

It's there.

There used to be a background that you could put behind the clock.....

I definitely don't see it as an option anymore.

Since upgrading to Oreo have any of you noticed when you end a call there's a notification sound that occurs? I'm hearing my text messages notification..

Open your dial pad, tap the three dots at top right screen, tap settings, then call alerts, then select your options

Oh. I've never even tried Verizon messenger. I've always used the regular message app. Oh well. Hopefully it will be brought back one day.
