Verizon Pixel/Pixel XL owners question.

Hi guys, so I have an S7 Edge on verizon now and it is annual upgrade eligible and when I talk to verizon I am being told the Pixel/Pixel XL is not annual upgrade eligible. But when I go to process an order on verizons website I see it says annual upgrade eligible at checkout. Does anyone with a Pixel/Pixel XL on verizon show the device being annual upgrade eligible in their account by paying off 50% of the device and returning it?

I believe that was strictly an S7 thing last year (my wife has the S7 Edge and can upgrade too). I have the Pixel and there is no deal like that I am aware of. She will probably wait till end of March for the S8+.

Ok that is good to know. I know the iPhone is also an annual upgrade device. Hmm I will have to call and talk to Verizon about that and if they are willing to do it as an annual upgrade device then I will jump on it.

Well I just placed an order for mine on Verizon's website and during checkout it showed annual upgrade eligible and also on my receipt it shows annual upgrade eligible so we will see what happens. I made sure to keep copies of that just in case there is any issue with it in the future. My ship date is showing 3/21 for a Black 128GB XL. I am hoping it does ship by then. Now all I can do is wait.
