I have two questions...
1. How many times can I reschedule the update before they make me do it.
2. How can I save (not the right word) EVERYTHING on my phone as it is now so that when I have to do a factory reset I can't get my settings back.

Thanks

As to question 1, I've heard 3 times. I cannot confirm this because I have held off going to 4.4.4 for several months every day. Still going strong on 4.4.2 on Verizon version. No need to update till they work all these bugs posted here. However, most things can be fixed with a factory reset if you go to Lollipop.

I declined the update from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 for more than 2 months from Verizon.
I would cancel the update, reschedule for a time when the phone was off.
Then rinse and repeat

I think I've only been prompted once and have rescheduled it, but haven't received a prompt since. I don't know why. I may have tried to manually search for the update in the settings, but also may have rescheduled it, but haven't received a prompt since then which was a while ago.
