Verizon: question about global mode

I've noticed like 4 or 5x my text messages fail. I'm on Verizon and I was in global mode. I just switched to lte/cdma.. will this make a difference?

Global should be where it needs to be set at. Try toggling (on then off) airplane mode and try sending or resending the text again.

You can also make sure the device is fully updated via Settings > About Phone > Updates.
