Verizon S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Mine is now lost. Ironic how last Friday I got the notification that it was picked up and scheduled to deliver 3/5.. To now being lost. FedEx doesn't know what happened to it and Verizon just says to contact FedEx. Fml.

Seems like yours went off the rails early...never made sense yours was so far ahead of everyone else.

Ya. Verizon said they can't start the process of getting me another one until FedEx says they can't find it. So f'n aggravated. A part of me just wants to tell Verizon to forget it. I've had my account with them for 10 or 11 years.
 
I have one in Memphis and another that took off for Memphis 12 hrs ago lol. Just hasn’t updated
 
Wonder who will be the first to post a delivery picture of their Verizon phone on this thread?

It won't be me. :'(

I have found that it's easier to swap the sim cards, then power up the new phone. Avoids any potiential activation issues.

I use OneDrive for photos/videos so I don't worry about that and have an SD card as well. I'll move that over to the new phone when I swap the sim cards.

Google's back up and restore will take care of the rest when I log in.

I've been told by Verizon AND Samsung to use the sim that comes in the phone and not to just swap with your existing sim. I don't know any reasoning why, but using a fresh sim is the way to go.

If you placed a pre-order with Verizon, and still do not have shipping info, I would call them, I placed the order in store and was told it would be here by 3/8, and they are now saying that they do not have an estimated ship date, order was placed on 3/2, after I was forwarded to level 2 support when level 1 said it shipped
 
Verizon Rep told me that FedEx has my phone but they are sitting on it because they are supposed to deliver the phones on Friday. If they do it earlier that is great but they are contracted to deliver it on release day.
Yet, FedEx is saying they don't have the package. Every person I talk to has a different answer.

Ha ha same here. One is In Memphis one is still in the air after 12 hrs lol

It's crazy. I know there is a main hub in Memphis, but come on. It's just crappy to see it literally went over you to go to some eastern state and now has to come back to you. Oh well, can't complain if it sticks to the regular delivery date

Dont get your hopes up guys, I pre-ordered on 2/21 at 12:09AM.. 10 MINUTES AFTER THEY WENT LIVE ON VERIZON... 1 TB Ceramic Black......I login to check just now..thinking they have to have shipped by now.. NO SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.. Still says PROCESSING.. while people are opening and booting up their phones... -_-
