Read the print on the buds... When we get the phone you install the Samsung shop and fill out the fork and in 6-8 weeks the buds are shipped to you for free.

My email states the buds will ship with the device...

That can happen anywhere. With pre orders you run that risk. When I pre-ordered my s8 edge from Verizon I didn't recieve the phone until that Monday and I pre-ordered that first day. My note 8 from bestbuy came 4 days early.

If I'm not mistaken, as long as you order before the release date of 3-8-19 you should be eligible for the buds.

It's an actual screen protector already on the phone due to the fingerprint scanner being on the display. It explains it to you in the box.

First time ever pre-ordering with Verizon. Does Verizon send you a notification that the phone has shipped? Or does one just expect it to arrive on Mar 8? Any possibility of earlier? Does one have to sign for it?

Wanted to dump the Note 9 first before ordering.

First time ever pre-ordering with Verizon. Does Verizon send you a notification that the phone has shipped? Or does one just expect it to arrive on Mar 8? Any possibility of earlier? Does one have to sign for it?

They usually get shipped a couple days before the release date. When I did this for the S7edge and S8+, it had a ship by date and I always got it 2-3 days before. They will probably use either Fedex or UPS and there is a signature confirmation, so make sure to be home, otherwise you will have to wait another day.

My 10plus ceramic 512 still shows 3/8 but my s10 is “processing”

Yes,I ordered Saturday,and my estimated date is the 15th. That's from Samsung. I went with them because of their trade in deal. Verizon gives you a cred6 but they spread it out over 2 years! I never, ever keep a phone 2 years. So,you lose the rest of your device credit if you want to pay off your phone and upgrade early. My email from Samsung said the earbuds are back ordered until mid to late April too. Samsung wasn't expecting the huge number of preorders.

My order says expected delivery by 3-8-19 but still shows as "processing." On the order confirmation it still reads "please check back later for an updated order status."

Is this normal for a Verizon pre-order?
