16GB or 32GB?
Which firmware was on it when it got borked?
What did you do (if anything) to contribute to the problem?
What have you already tried?
What does your phone do now:
- does it boot at all?
- when you connect a charger, do you see the battery graphic, followed by the current battery level and charging graphic?
