That apk file comes back as a trojan. Do you know of a free toolkit that is available? I can't find one for the 900V.

Search "How to Root the Verizon Galaxy S5 NE9 OTA update" on YouTube. I used that method 2 days and it worked like a charm.

Follow the method on XDA (VZW OTA 4.4.4 Just pushed. - Post #19 - XDA Forums). I can confirm that it works.
