Verizon S7 /S7 Edge BOGO promotion

I've been battling with the rebate since 5/28 after my 45 days of active service only then did I start receiving emails saying I had missing info mine was the installment agreements the number at the bottom the page was missing. I've had a dozen invalid/ missing info emails. Up until I did a chat on 7/2 did they get everything fixed and I finally received my amout and a valid and was processing status. Also I don't understand the amount I am getting cause it says $672 for the s7 and up to $792 for the s7 edge. I got the two s7 edges. But i am only receiving $672 bk for my rebate. Since 7/4 I checked the check status that comes in ur email and it says. Status vaild-mailing in progress. The status detail says - great news. We are getting ur reward ready for the mail. Since 7/5 on both check status sites and the phone line have not updated. On 7/2 in that email it does say we're processing ur request and it will be mailed out in 10-14 days. Can anyone help make since of any of this. I'm so confused and have no idea when I should receive my rebate or even if the site will ever update.
