Thanks for clarifying that. I am most definitely getting one of these now.
I didn't know that different capacity cards in the same line had much different specs.
I went to Samsung's site after reading your post and saw this.

Not sure why they changed the specs on the Evo+ line or didn't just call this freebie card the Pro+. Maybe they have even faster speed plans in store for the Pro+ line.

I am more concerned about minimum write speeds than maximum...

Yep, but this card is the same UHS speed class 3 as the 128gb Pro+ so it should be plenty fast.

To that point, I would REALLY be concerned with 20 MB/s speeds as those are probably the max as well.

I played with the Note 7 today at a Verizon store. It feels really light and comfortable in the hand compared to the Note 5. Seems taller but thinner. Love the new UI. Very clean and nice looking. The iris scanner took a while to set up but once I got it going it would work in a snap. I want my Note 7 now!

i played with the note 7 in verizon the other day. was really happy i did i was going to go with black which is sexy AF. but once i laid eyes on the blue and saw that its actually darker than what the pictures try to do justice too i couldnt resist.

mind you i am coming over from a iphone 6s+.... saw the new features and read what apple is going to do with the iphone 7 and decided to jump ship before that place hits the glacier... oh wait it did when steve jobs past away.....

I get my USB-C car charger tomorrow from Verizon. Already have my case. Just waiting on the phone. I'm sticking with my prediction that we see some shipping movements over the weekend and then Monday they start heading out.

Oh. My guess is based on the S7 Edge and the Note 5. I went back and looked at when I preordered them and when I received them. It fits that timeline

I preordered my S7 Edge on Feb 23... it shipped on March 7. Release date was March 11. The 7th was a Monday.

Late to the party but, I had called Verizon and the rep said I should have an email containing tracking info Monday (15th) or Tuesday (16th). But then said could be sooner or later but no matter what, it was guaranteed I would receive it on the 19th. "Could be 3 pm on the 19th but it will be no later than the 19th." So, with the free 2 day shipping I am betting 15th to 17th it will ship and I will get it 2 days later.

Mine said SHIP BY 19 on the check the order status page.

They usually all say this when you have a pre-order - this is the release date. It'll update accordingly once the device is shipped. Mine two orders also say the ship by is the 19th.
