Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 - Still haven't gotten 4.3

I still haven't gotten the 4.3 update for my galaxy s4 and I've tried over Verizon software assistant and it freezes when it is downloading onto my phone then I get a message on my computer screen saying that my phone was disconnected

I don't like to assume anything... but did you try going into Settings > More tab > About phone > Software update > Check for new software update

Yeah I checked that already and it has told me that there is no new software available
