Hello everyone. I have a quick question and I hope someone has the correct answer that can help me.
I have a Verizon Galaxy S3 that is rooted and Verizon wanted to push the 4.1.2 update out to me, so I just updated to JB 4.1.2 De0dex and it seems to be working fine. My phone says the build is VRBMD3 and my firmware is VRBMB1. Problem is that I have read that I need to flash the firmware also (to fix an issue with the camera?) but my camera still seems to work after the update to 4.1.2. I?ve seen posts that say I need to stay at MB1, others that say that I need to update my firmware to MD3 (to fix the camera which works w/o the update) and still a few others referencing some other firmware revs. I?ve also seen different instructions at different places telling me the way I need to update the firmware to make it work properly. So OK, can someone please tell me what firmware I should use and if possible, is that anything ?special? that I need to do to make it work (especially with this apparent camera issue).
Thanks in advance,
UCG
