I just called and said it keeps falling off (which it does) and they seny me a new ONE for free. Got it like three days later. A world of difference.

I have been noticing the same issue the past couple of days. Then I stumbled across this forum. I went to Motorola's site, and contacted their live chat support. Told them my issue, and without questions the next response was that they would send me a replacement one and just wanted my information to ship it out.

Amazing customer service.

The best recommendation is to contact Motorola directly and they will replace it as a warranty replacement at no cost to you.

Just as an update: I just chatted with a Motorola support person and they are sending me a new battery cover. Super easy.

I got mine directly from Motorola, I think you still can. They overnighted it to me also.

I got mine directly from Motorola. Barely any difference. It's just too thin and poorly designed. It's one of those things you hope they address on the next gen.
