Verizon software update 4/18!

Yup it's already been confirmed no extreme power saving mode. Hopefully you can still root after this update and install it yourself.

The big difference with mine is that before the update I always had ~850MB of RAM being used which seemed like a big amount. When I switched to ART, it was knocked down to 550. I switched back, because ART ran worse for me, and it still stuck around that 850. After the update it's lowered down to 650MB.

This is the official list of updates...

So basically everything the m8 on AT&T already has lol. New copy/paste function? Mine has had that since day one, same with the mute/ volume button on video highlights in the gallery app.

Why would Verizon remove them and then add them later with a software update? Seems kinda backward if you ask me.

Actually here's something I never noticed before: when you turn on the display it kinda reverse fades from being darker to lighter.

When you go into the Battery usage section, it actually shows some more information on what is using the battery now. That's nice. However, the "FIX" to Bluetooth seems to have made my Hyundai Sonata wait for 4 minutes before connecting. Very odd, it was fine before.

Could you post a screenshot? I'm on AT&T I was just curious if you had anything different from mine?

Before it hardly told you anything besides like Android System, the OS, and System UI. Now it shows like Wi-Fi and Idle.

After the update installed on its own I can't hold a phone call yet I had no signal issues prior.
