Honestly at this point if you're dead set on a Samsung tablet you might be better to go for the newer Tab S2.
That said, I have enjoyed it a lot. It does a great job for me of bridging the gap when I want to do quick tasks on a bigger screen to be easier than on my phone but without getting into my computer.
It's still plenty smooth and battery life is good.
I guess it all depends what you want it for. There's cheaper ones out there if you only have basic needs but for it's time as the flagship tablet it has been on that level for me.
