Update: They did waive the restocking fee. I now have a Rezound. The facts were to obvious to overlook, considering I walked into the VZW store without even a 3g connection on my phone.

Thanks. So far I haven't had much time to use it. I am getting 4g sometimes in the basement where I work, where I rarely saw 3g with the Nexus. That's a good sign. The true test will be tonight from home.
